The purpose of this paper is to examine Einstein’s theory in the light of later work and new data in order to qualify the results. The first step is to take the fundamental equation of E = MC2 and redefine it based on the new data resulting from technical improvements of data gathering which has occurred since Einstein’s death. It is time to look at the theory as perhaps Einstein might have done could he have lived long enough to see the new data. This is of course impossible. It is up to the post-Einstein thinkers on the subject at the very least to give it a try. An attempt will be made here to examine the equation and see if it can be redefined and simplified to qualify for better understanding based on workability to explain what is seen.
